Traffic routes and temporary closures

The actual aisle window
If an aisle is clear after despatch but replenishment starts at noon, its barrier time must include equipment set-up, cleaning, drying and the warehouse check.
Dust above that aisle is scheduled before its floor, while a live pedestrian route beyond the barrier remains a separate operational control.
One workable aisle or dock group at a time

Forklifts may use a route outside an effective work boundary. The warehouse plan should show the temporary closure, pedestrian changes and the time each aisle returns to service.
