Plan the factory clean area by area

A useful line names one place and one condition
A hypothetical line item might read: “grease beneath filler guard; line isolated for two hours; dry recovery needed beside the bearing housing.” Give roof steel, machine bases and other hidden places their own plain-language lines.
Name the production or maintenance contact who can look at that particular surface before the area reopens.
Turn site information into a cleaning quotation
Write the required finish beside each area. Name awkward, overhead and behind-plant surfaces deliberately instead of hiding them inside a general room description.
Put preparation on the same line: production supplies the stop, maintenance handles isolation and the cleaning company supplies the method. Name the supervisor who will look at that area before it reopens.
