A price for “the factory” hides too much. To plan an industrial deep clean, treat grease beneath the filler, dust on the roof steel and grime behind a conveyor as three different tasks even when they sit in the same hall.
Write Aisle 12 or Filler 3, not “production area”
- Name the machine, bay or structure so both companies can find it.
- Describe the deposit and the surface beneath it.
- Say what production can stop and who removes a guard or moves stock.
The factory deep-cleaning service can then be priced by real work area rather than floor area alone.
Make competing prices comparable
Ask each cleaning company to return the same area list with its method, exclusion and preparation against every line. A cheap total is not useful if roof steel or machine bases have disappeared from it. The longer guide to planning an industrial deep clean covers the factory walk-round.
