Compare those points with the previous visit. A faster return at one location can indicate changed production, a leak or an extraction issue rather than a need to shorten every task.
A maintenance schedule based on what returns
Maintenance and operations usually know which ledges, pits and machine surrounds foul first. Naming those locations individually produces a usable schedule instead of a general instruction to clean the production area.
The first interval is based on how quickly the deposit returns and when safe access is available. Each visit follows the location schedule, while exceptions and changed conditions are recorded so the next interval can be adjusted.

When the maintenance rota needs revising
New machinery, altered shifts or a different material can change the deposit and access route. Review methods, products and intervals after those changes. Keep repair, inspection and cleaning actions separate so each responsible team knows what remains.
Photographs from agreed safe viewpoints, equipment references and a short exception note can make repeat visits more consistent. They show what was reached without turning the cleaning team’s record into an engineering inspection.
The site contact should close each task and assign any repair or access issue separately. An unresolved defect should not disappear inside the next cleaning order.
A conveyor surround that fouls twice as fast as the other locations needs its own interval. The visit record should also flag a leak or process change for maintenance to investigate.
